Whale Thank You
What would you do if you were out on a boat and a whale swam up close entangled in a fishing net? This is an encounter that Michael Fishbach had with a humpback whale in just such a situation and the surprising display the whale put on when he was freed. True Sportsmanship
It’s great when kids step up and show true sportsmanship that even adults can learn from. The Myrtle Beach Seahawks were far ahead of their opponents in the first round of the class 3A high school football playoffs. So when it came to the final play of the game, the Seahawks decided that it was a good idea to let Hilton Head’s Chip Mullen, a senior with Down Syndrome, score a 75 yard touchdown run. It was the final play of the game and the final play of Mullen’s high school career. When the touchdown had been scored, the Myrtle Beach players joined the Hilton Head players in the end zone to celebrate Mullen’s score. It will bring tears to your eyes:

Welcome Home, Mom
It isn’t just when returning service members see their children that the tears can flow. Here a US Air Force Captain returns from Afghanistan to see her 8 and a half year old pup, Molly, at the airport. The video shows how much Molly missed her and will have you reaching for the tissues.

Get Closer
This was a situation that Pro Infirmis put together for a man named Fabian. Although the vast majority of people have empathy with disabled people, the public bus seat next to Fabian often remained empty. This video was created to remind everyone that handicapped people are a regular part of our society. It may also make you reach for the tissue box:
So remember, don’t be afraid to get closer.
Held Just One Time
I think this is one of the best series of TV commercials ever. The commercials were created for a Thai life insurance company (If you haven’t seen them yet, you’ll want to see Silence of Love, My Girl and I want More Time) and are sure to bring tears to your eyes. You probably will want to grab that tissue box.

Hoop Dreams
If this was a movie, you would never believe it. This is how you wish all stories in life would end and when one actually does, it leaves a big smile on your face with some drops of water running down those cheeks. This is just beautiful to watch whether you’re a basketball fan or not.
